(“ReWalk”) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of shares of its ordinary shares. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. ReWalk has applied to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “RWLK.”

Barclays Capital Inc. and Jefferies LLC will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Canaccord Genuity Inc. will act as co-manager for the proposed offering.
