Anchiano Therapeutics Announces Pricing of $30.5 Million Initial Public Offering
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Feb. 12, 2019 -Anchiano Therapeutics Ltd. (Nasdaq and TASE: ANCN) (the “Company”) today announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 2,652,174 of its American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing five ordinary shares of Anchiano, at $11.50 per ADS, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) under the symbol “ANCN” on February 12, 2019, and the offering is expected to close on or about February 14, 2019.
The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 397,826 ADSs offered by Anchiano to cover over-allotments, if any.
In the offering, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is acting as the sole book-running manager, Ladenburg Thalmann is acting as lead manager and LifeSci Capital LLC is acting as co-manager.
